I-797 form expired
hey guys, happy new year! And just wanna know did anyone of you have received a new I-797 action notice letter? with another one year extension? I went to the DMV today try to see if they can renew my drivers license, but they said they can’t because my I-797 180 extension days is expired, and they ask did I received a new letter with one more year extension…..but I didn’t….. 😭😭😭😭😭

try to call then they suppose to sent u 24month extension by know

that's what they did to me.my 18mth extention expired Dec and I received another 24mth extention

@hey mt ty did you ask them to send it or they sent you automatically? And by the way, Cause you said 18mth extension, is it EAD receipt?

look out for 24 months extension…..That’s what re sending to all I-751 applicants at the moment.
