fee were waived
Hi everyone, I applied for Advance parole and I did the interview on December 21, 2021, this morning I received a notice from National benefit center where they wrote "fee were waived" I wanted to know what it means and the following my request. Happy New Year to everyone

bibi if you ALREADY did the 485 interview you not need 131 or 765.AP and EAD is before your GC .after your GC you not need AP or EAD

I understand but I am asylum pending and I have my son who has to undergo surgery in Spain from where I have requested an expedition and they are doing the interview this December 21, 2021 and it is this morning that I receive the notice with this mention

fees waived means you don't need to paid or they gonna give you back the money.thats my understanding .but Im I don't know about asylum information
