IR-5 8 months on "being actively reviewed"
I'm a US citizen and I filled i-130 for my parents 9 months ago. And It's now almost 8 months since the case status changed to "Case is being actively reviewed.....". It's been many years since I physically saw them and I missed them very much. Some difficulties kept us apart this long. Now i'm doing very well. They're not getting younger you know. Hello California and Potomac SC.
VAWA
1. Do I have to file a new I-485 when filing vawa? I was married to a USC.
2. Also will my ead/ap become invalid if it was filed under the c09 category? I really don’t want to lose my job.
3. please can someone add me to the vawa WhatsApp group?
4. I have the following documents do I need any other thing?
- doctors report
- psychologist report
- proof of living together like previous leases, bank statements for past years, pictures, insurance etc
- 3 affidavit from family n friend
- my personal affidavit
-picture of bruises

After , I sent in a K3 they have started looking at my petition . I just noticed some of my documents where cut off . I wonder if I get a request to resend them , or would they have denied my noa 1 .

My case is about eb3 unskill worker. My case is already approved but my case is wrong name and my lawyer already sent the right one to the USCIS. but it 's already 4 year, I didn't get the answer yet Last year I just came back to my original country because my mom was sick. My lawyer tried to apply for the combo card for me but it couldn't get it. Anyway I must come back to see my mom And I heard from my friend about this situation. So I have some question about this case, If I go back to my country and I didn't get the combo card it's hard to re-entry the USA again and the other question is, if i go outside during the processing is not complete yet and didn't get the combo card my case is automatic cancel !!! That is the important thing that I want to know.

Is it just me or is no one being approved? Does anyone know what is going on with USCIS’ processing?
