go to your uscis account and under documents you can see if they uploaded it on your account to and it would tell you

birth certificate and updated tax return

what they are asking for like for example for me i needed to submit the latest edition so they sent me a rfe for that for the i-864

it is not on my USCIS online account. Just the status.

you get a join sponsor i think only if they feel like its not meeting the requirement

@itchy - well, my wife did not meet the requirements on taxes but the child support was not taxable + I also listed my pension from the Czech Republic so overall we met and exceeded the requirements

i sent 3 and they only wanted the recent one so i only had to send what the rfe asked for @oldrich with the latest updated edition i submitted 2019 edition

and they wanted the updated edition

so if she dint meet the requirements see if you guys can get a joint sponsor @oldrich

@itchy - she did not earn enough but the child support counts towards it according to many lawyers so she met the requirements for sure + my income of like 8k is counted too - I sent an evidence that the income will continue from the same source after the GC is aproved too.

@oldrich just wait for the letter to see what it says hopefully its not for the i-864 keeping fingers crossed dont worry yourself to much because i did the same thing

I have been married for three years , they ask for proof of citizenship for my husband as his passport was expired and he didn’t receive it before our interview. and additional evidence to prove that marriage is real

@susie but it was Request for Further Evidence, not the Initial one right ? was it before the interview?
