I-140 typographical error
My case is about eb3 unskill worker. My case is already approved but my case is wrong name and my lawyer already sent the right one to the USCIS. but it 's already 4 year, I didn't get the answer yet Last year I just came back to my original country because my mom was sick. My lawyer tried to apply for the combo card for me but it couldn't get it. Anyway I must come back to see my mom And I heard from my friend about this situation. So I have some question about this case, If I go back to my country and I didn't get the combo card it's hard to re-entry the USA again and the other question is, if i go outside during the processing is not complete yet and didn't get the combo card my case is automatic cancel !!! That is the important thing that I want to know.

Yes......cause covid 19 sitiation and my mom was sick. I have to come back to see her

so....my friend said when i go out from the USA, my case will be cancel automatic or still going on.......

it's canceled my friend. Your i485 never got approved? or only ur i140?

it just show.......stiil on the process. Since this new year it show from the app......still working again and will be 14 day to be decided about I-140

it figure out the processing time of my process since February about the percent 65% in 15 day approve. till 15% in 45. denied. I sm still waitng until now. Then the percentage is gone and show the new message to follow the new instruction to fill the message. It's so really complicated in this app. But I will try it after I am completely to fill the message. What do they want me to do it then !!!

Thank you for your comment. I still have no idea for now because it haven't done yet for 4 year since Jan.19 2018. Until I come back to my original country. Is it still alright. I apply to AOS. since I stsy in USA. But now I go out of USA. tp my original country.
