do you know what type of evidence you need to show?

it depends on which basis you expedite! for example financial loss if you select then you can provide monthly bills, credit card debt, bank statement with less balance etc etc

me too becauae my husband request i765 yesterday and didnt change any status

same! I got a case number from Emma but I don’t know where to track. she just said you will hear back in 7 business days

me too they just say they request it and will hear back in 7 days

guys track on USCIS case status, enter I765 receipt no and check. i did the same day expedited through EMMA and the next day in morning my status change to Expedite request received!

I have also requested an Expedite Request twice. I did the first one via call and the second one through my congressman. I haven't heard anything about the first request however they did send an email asking for additional documents which I did faxed the same day. Haven't heard anything since and that was a week ago. I did call and ask if they received documents and they told me that they did, the case is assigned to an officer and that I just have to wait because the request is still in process.
