update: the notice was related to advanced parole approval. I had applied for advance parole more then 9 months, that I don’t need it now since my travel plans have changes.

I received same email yesterday regarding my case i751. I filed my i751 in Feb 2019. since May 2019 I'm waiting for an interview. but yesterday I received an email about it. online status not changed so far.
