I expedited my i765, was denied too. after that, I contacted with a uscis live agent by Emma, and I asked for a bio appointment. the agent scheduled an appointment for me. try this path too, a live agent by Emma chat works as a charm for my case

@c camelus, they scheduled right away. the agent asked me for my address, looking for the nearest place for biometrics. he spent 20 minutes scheduling my appointment

got scheduled for biometric yesterday after 5months
