hey guys it’s been 284 days since I’ve applied for my petition, I received rfe on august 18, replied to it on September 2nd, received rfe response that uscis received my rfe on September 20th, and nothing since then, I’m so stressed about it does anyone have the same thing? how long are you guys waiting after uscis has received your rfe?

i-485 marriage based interview
anyone with some experience? share some tips please. interview next month in Orlando. married to USC. i was being divorced before. what kind of questions should we expect? what kind of paperwork to take with us? we couldnt file tax together this time because of no social or itin yet. we also have an inactive joint account. i do have my name on utility bill. we only have bj’s card together. i am dependent on his health insurance. after getting the social, he will add me to his credit card as well. anything else you can figure out? we have little documents together.been already married a year. just received my EAD but no social yet. he will add me under his car insurance policy for my new car too.
update on case after service request on i485
hi everyone,
my lawyer raised a service request about a week ago on my i485 case since it's out of normal processing time. today I saw the following messages posted on my case:
- inquiry was assigned to an officer
- a response was sent to your inquiry
- a response was sent to your inquiry
- inquiry was completed.
I see that there are two responses on the same inquiry to be sent. this never happened in the past. usually I see the following:
- inquiry was assigned to an officer
- a response was sent
- inquiry was completed
anyone has an experience like the above?

i am sure ill get the letter via mail in a few days.
I guess it’s about my medical that I haven’t submitted at the time of filing.
