some cases their Pd is May 12 , 2021 are approved and we re before them and we still waiting I don’t know how they work !!!!!!!!!

@mak Brown just I130 through my attorney since my wife is out of country once I130 is approved we will file DS-240 I belief

@Syed Shabeer Hussain, I see where you filed at the Potomac service center, under US citizen filing for spouse. You are currently 344 days which is a little over 11 months, Potomac expected processing time for those applications are between 12 to 16 months. Just hang in there a little while longer, you are almost at the finish line being over 11 months wait already.

@Mak Brown I have actually received form I797 c back around 2021 March saying we have received your application from Nebraska service center but when I called about 2 days ago we have moved your application from Nebraska to Potomac service center I don't know why they did that
