Anyone for Nebraska has seen any movement recently? My 485, 765 and 131 (EB Green Card) were received on March 3, my I-140 approved on March 10, did biometrics on June 8, received RFE for medical in Aug and they confirmed receivable of my response on Sep 3 - nothing ever since. I don’t see a lot of people talking about Nebraska cases here, and super concerned about my combo card not arriving before Dec. Anyone with a similar experience?

Type Error in Affidavits
Hi team I have submitted my I-485 documents along with Support documents for Non Availability of Data of birth order copy , 10th Class market sheet and Affidavits from my Mother and uncle. In the affidavit accidently there was typo error for date of birth which we notice after filing documents. I am expecting the RFE from USCIS. Please advise me the course of action My all the office records ( Passport, 10th , 12th , Later registered birth certificate / RDO order copy /Driving licence/ PAN Card/ Aadhaar has the correct date of birth Will this affidavits create any problem ? How to answer when we get a RFE. any help is really appreciated Regards SR

I just found out that RFE and courtesy letter from USCIS is different. I received a courtesy letter from USCIS stating that my i693 medical, form was missing and I replied the letter by sending my medical to the given field office. I have been trying to chat with live agent and they been saying that RFE was never issued and cannot be tracked and told me to wait 60 days. Does anyone has a similar scenario as mine. EB3 unskilled. National Benefits Center.

N400 - San Antonio, TX Field Office. Its been 581 days with no major update.
Hello Guys, I submitted my N400 on March 2020, and I was waiting for an update from USCIS regarding finger prints. When I contacted USCIS, they scheduled me for biometric and all this took exactly a year. Finished my biometric on March 2021.
The last update I see as of April 15, 2021 -> your case is being reviewed.
Has anyone experience the process to be this long, please share your experience.

Receipt Notices
Hello again community,
Would like to know how long has it been taking recently to get the receipt notices for family based 485, 130, 765 AOS applications sent to Chicago?
I’ve heard stories of massive backlogs at the Chicago office which resulted in some not getting receipt notices for months. Wondering if the situation has improved recently and receipt notices are being mailed out any quicker.
