missed biometrics
Hey guys, do u know how long it’s gonna take uscis to reschedule me for a missed biometrics? Uscis sent my biometrics appointment letter to my old address even after changing my address with them. Called them they sent they can’t reschedule a missed biometrics. I should just wait for another notice. Do you know how long that’s gonna take?

hi, I see my prediction on this app change stating my case is likely to be processed after July 2022. is that even possible. what is the basis of lawfully app putting out that kind of prediction ? happened to anyone else. emp based category eb1 c, NBC, field office Chicago
expedite request for I765 denied . help needed
I am a healthcare worker and my current H4EAD is expiring in January. I have submitted the request to expedite my GC EAD (i765) which has been pending adjudication since oct 2020. I submitted employer letter stating that they will terminate me if I do not get EAD on time and they will also have hard time due to shortage of medical staff. but still the request was denied. Can you help me what extra evidence can be provided to get the request approved. Its in Texas service center
Biometrics Notice Never Received and Appointment Missed
I am this endless loop with USCIS. They say they sent the Biometrics Notice for me and my partner, and scheduled the appointment. Neither my partner or I received our separate Biometrics Notices, and so we missed the appointment. Each time I call USCIS or speak to a Live Agent, I get told different information about whether or not a new Biometrics Appointment will be scheduled, and how long it will take. So far, no new appointment has been scheduled and the agents are refusing to schedule a new appointment. I've asked to speak to a Tier 2 agent without any success. Any tips?
no updates on uscis case tracking
hello community, does anybody from you have experienced your application status being in ‘received status’?
mine is in the received status since March now.
although, I had my biometrics taken in August but still no updates on the uscis tracking system.
is this normal?

Visa not available under F2B
I had my interview and everything went well. Officer was kind and great, and told me that from my side, its all good and I have approved the GC but my category doesnt have available visa.
Current action date is Sep 2015 and your PD is May 2016. So when the PD becomes current, your GC will be processed.
I dont understand this as F2B is not under final action dates.
On the website - its says, Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed.

So guys, I need information and advice on this. For the past 18yrs I haven't visited home to see my family, my case is showing ready to schedule for interview. I received my advance Parole card which I can use to travel with.
But my problem/worry is that I have DUI on my record which happened 5yrs ago.I fear that I can have a problem getting in at customs without my green card. Anyone with experience on this or have any idea how this thing works? I really wish to visit my family this coming January.
