I had my biometrics done 6th October. I was a flight attendant with UK long haul airline prior to Covid. I got furloughed then placed in a Holding Pool. My company now wants me to start a returning course and my I-131 has not been processed so I can’t leave. I tried to expedite this and the level 2 officer said it was not an emergency and therefore cannot expedite. I’m desperate to get back flying for my old company (part time) and have been told if I’m unable to do course by Feb 2022 I’m out! Do you think I should wait or try calling again? Any help/advice greatly appreciated!
is there anyone getting approved ?
I see a lot of people who filled the petition way after me and they are getting approved is there anyone in January getting approved ? it is so stressing, and not fair people who applied in February and March are already approved, I sent uscis case inquiry and have to wait until November 11th for the response if they would take some time and even notice my inquiry, gonna talk to my lawyer today that’s ridiculous.

I-130: Got „Actively Reviewed“ Notification Twice After Denied Entry on ESTA
Hi! My husband (USC) submitted our I-130 on June 15, 2021 online. Our NOA1 stated Texas Service Center.
Last Sunday, Oct 17, I attempted to travel to the US with him but was denied entry in Dublin Airport US Pre-clearance. I didn’t have enough proof with me to show that I have ties to my home country that require me to go home before 90 days (traveled on ESTA). They ended up revoking my ESTA permanently and told me that I would need to apply for a tourist visa from now on, but that this did not have any effect on our I-130 petition.
The next day, Monday, we get an update on our case: case is being actively reviewed as of Oct 18, twice in a row. I have read that two notifications resulted in an approval by the next few days, but we haven’t heard anything since then.
Would it be possible that the CBP incident triggered something? With our PD being mid-June, it’s technically a bit early to get an approval, even though we won’t be upset obviously. It would just be an odd coincidence that the status changed a day after the CBP denies my entry.
Thanks for any experience or insight on this!

question
hello! initially when I made an USCIS online account, I was able to see all the documents that I had mailed to them after they scanned it and uploaded it to my account. today when I went to access these scanned documents I was unable to see anything except for a copy of my passport. does anybody know why that may be or what's going on? my pd is Dec 27, 2020.
Waiting and waiting…
My mother wants to travel but concerned that an interview might get scheduled. while she is out of the country. They neither are scheduling an interview, nor giving any decision. Not sure what can I do at this point.
