Green card replacement
Hi, I'm a 16 y/o Korean student with a green card, but I lost it last year. I have sent the 1-90 form last March and stamped my fingers last September. It has been more than 90 days that it has been stopped as the case is actively reviewed by USCIS. Is there anything I can find out about how much this will take time? The lawfully site said the average is 80 days and is this accurate enough?
Regular cap exempt H1b processing times
My employer filed for my cap exempt H1-b back in first week of July. It's been 7 months I haven’t got any Decision. Does anyone know what is the usual time it takes?

I had interview yesterday and I got approved today I 485j but I 485 says “ Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed”

hello has any body experienced denied k3
hello everyone our Pd is : 7th of September 2021 we sent k3 on 15th of November 2021 , after that actively review since 5 th of January 2022 ….. on 12 of January 2022 k3 denied . but still until today I-130 under review , has anybody experienced the same situation ?

My wife and I are originally Iranian and also Canadian Citizens.
We got our Green Cards through a DV lottery on Sep 2016. We were students back then in Canada.
We couldn’t move to US until I got a job in Sep 2019.
We are still residing in US and haven’t moved out even a single day.
Our intention is to stay continuously until eligible to apply for Citizenship of the US.
My question is when can We apply for Citizenship?

so I filed my i-130 on August 14, 2020 and filed my i-485 on September 13,2021. when I get my receipt notice for my i-485 my priority date was August 14. so my question is does that really mean that my case will process a little faster? I did my biometrics on October 28 2021 and my case status is " your case is being actively reviewed "

Interview scheduled (hasn’t changed after my interview that I had on January 11)
I had an interview on January 11 Dallas Office that went pretty quick and was not bad. the interviewer requested for our joint assets, we had it all and gave it. He told us to check our online account after one week but nothing has changed yet. It still says interview was scheduled on December 8. Has this happened to anyone before? thank you

I am an August filer and my American fiancé is an active military. We're both in Bahrain and my fiancé is leaving next week for Virginia to change station. He will be on the ship and will be out to sea for 6 months or so. We have requested for expedited processing in USCIS but got rejected. Sent a letter last month to the Congressman and never heard from them. Does anyone here have a similar case? 😞 I really wanted to know if there is something we can do to expedite the process. Been seeing a few posts from March filers that they haven't had any updates yet with their visas and it's frustrating 😔
