citizenship
Hello,
My wife and I are originally Iranian and also Canadian Citizens.
We got our Green Cards through a DV lottery on Sep 2016. We were students back then in Canada.
We couldn’t move to US until I got a job in Sep 2019.
We are still residing in US and haven’t moved out even a single day.
Our intention is to stay continuously until eligible to apply for Citizenship of the US.
My question is when can We apply for Citizenship?

the eligibility requires 5 years being permanent resident and 3 years in us that I have by Sep 2022.

you are elegible to apply for citizenship after 5 years as a permanent resident. the 3 year rule only applies to someone who is married to a us citizen

I got my GC on Sep 2016 but moved to US on Sep 2019. Does it all accounts as permanent resident or just starting from Sep 2019?

starting from Sep 2019 and also you would be eligible to file for a citizenship starting June 24 2024.

We got GC in Sept 2016, but moved to US in Sept 2019 (three years later). Will this delay be a problem for naturalization?
