EAD for C9 VAWA Case
I am getting really worried. My EAD extension ends Nov 28th and I still have not heard anything from USCIS about my new EAD card with my VAWA application. It has been 7 months already. I filed back in March 2021. I need my job so I can take care of myself while i wait on this long process. I don’t know what else to do at this point.

1. PD - Mar 12,2021
2. Biometrics- Aug 12, 2021
No Biometrics status was updated for me, the status was Case is Received until 2 days ago
3. EAD- Oct 19, 2021 —> Card was mailed to me
4. Travel Document- Oct 18, 2021 —> case is approved
5. I-765 and I-130 —> Case is received( I guess it will change once the transfer the documents to Dallas FO, I am assuming the interview can be anywhere between Mar-May 2022)
Currently on H1B, applied for adjustment of status!

hi there everyone, i got my biometrics done about 40days ago and my case is “being actively reviewed”. what should i expect next steps and whats the average wait time until i get EAD (combo card) from hereon?
my case is viewed in Norcal (SF,CA). appreciate your thoughts and insights!

Has anyone had any success stories after a long wait for the expedite request? I placed an expedite request on Sept 22, responded to request evidence on Sept 23, and no updates since. just wondering if it’s normal to wait such a long time for a decision on the expedite? Is it even possible for the expedite to be approved now? might as well give a denial so I can resubmit…..
