I am waiting for my appointment I’m stuck and Jordan back to the USA my lawyer told me we waiting for the letter from the immigration court I wish they send it as soon as possible

i’ll check my case by the USCIS nothing changed still denied but my lawyer told me something else my case is bending before the court I’m confused God help me too long

I don’t really understand what you are trying to communicate here. was your case referred to immigration court ? was your I 751 denied ? what’s really going on ?

when was it denied? Did you get a letter to go to court? if not go ahead and file again

I was in the USA before coronavirus COVID-19 I came in January 2020 for visit But I’m stuck here in Jordan when I want to come back my lawyer told me my case was denied after that he told me my case is bending before the court on the still waiting

You can still come back until a judge takes away your green card

My green card expired already that’s what I fight for it they have sent the letter like a visa to let me come back to the USA

The card has expired but you can still get a stamp to travel or use your extension letter. the expiration of your card has no effect on your status

How come you travel with expired card? You don't have extended letters? Omg, so sorry to hear. Just travel to your country after you get your GC. Don't risk yourself lady.
