ET did you file as divorced? i filed in july 2021 californi service center. and just got my biometrics reused in january 2022 (6 months later...)

no I’m not divorced or anything … does it normally only take this long if you have a waiver ?

i know theres people waiting a lot longer for no apparent reason but over 2 years is definetly outside processing times. so you can raise a service inquiry and they will answer you within 10 days. usually a service inquiry when the case is clearly outside normal processing times gets things moving. if you filed with california servoce center you are outside normal times if youre over 19 months from date of filing.

I got sent to NBC and when I called yesterday to see what’s up they said my case was back in CA but I’d never received that update
