I received i-693 RFE on August 10 and the RFE response delivered to the field on the August 23. i-485 status didn't not changed after biometric. It remained "Fingerprints Were Taken”. USCIS also gave the deadline to submit RFE by Nov 05, 2021, but they encourage to submit it by Sep 30, 2021 to be adjudicated within this Fiscal Year 2021. I called USCIS, advised to wait 60 days. It's been over 60 days still no updates.
If I apply for service request, will USCIS delay my cases? Anyone had any experience?

Medical RFIE
Hey guys! I just got an online update on my I-485, Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent. Since I haven't submitted the I-693 along with the AOS, so I am expecting the RFE will be related to it!
Thank god it is a Medical RFE!!!!!!!
does it mean that I am at the very final stage of my GC process? any idea?
The only weird thing is that the RFE letter comes from the Los Angeles County center and it says to send the medical record to the same USCIS location, not to NBC and nor to Queens NY.

Combo card produced Nebraska - There’s hope!!
Today I woke up to the wonderful news that my combo card is being produced! I filed on Jan eb2 Nebraska. It’s been a long journey but to all you waiting out there: there’s hope! Looks like nebraska is taking ~9 months on average for ead/combos. I wish to all of you that the wait is over soon, this community has been an amazing source of energy through this journey

I485 Transferred from TSC to NBC
Hi All: I filled my I485 to NBC in Nov 2020 and my case was transferred to TSC in Feb 2021. EAD/AP approved in August 2021. Today got notified that my case was transferred to NBC. Is that concerning? Or does it mean I may be getting interview soon. My FO is Boston though so not sure why they transferred it to NBC. Thoughts appreciated. Thanks!
