You can but they won’t let you in the country. They will probably send you back because you have a green card application pending. They will give the reason that you intent to stay longer than your visa because you have a husband/wife here. hence, why you applying for Green Card

it’s doesn’t make any difference if you have filed for immigration through family sponsorship

I work in immigration and we don’t recommend our clients to do that. it create delays in I-130. For the tourist visa, the immigration officer look for your intent. If you are touring and have family back home then they will grant you visa but if your husband is the the US and you are visiting with pending Green Card application, it means that you intent to stay in the US with your husband and that is why you applied for GC. They might grant you a visa but the immigration officer in the US might not let you in because of that. Just know that the immigration officer has the discretion to deny your entry and he/she will because you have a GC application pending

I get that but that’s the game and we kinda have to play it. I applied for my spouse on Jan 23, 2021 and her I-130 was approved on Dec 23, 2021. Now waiting for NVC to process financial documents and DS-260
