hi all , i applied for green card and employment card on Oct 1st , 2021 and after one week i got receipt numbers and also i got the baiometric appointment that going to be in November, is there any estimated time for how long it may be take to get my green card issued after the baiometric appointment ? thank you

I am on H1 (valid till 09/2024) My EB2 - PD dec 2014
My wife on her H1 (valid till Dec 2022) Her EB2 - PD may 2014
In the last 3 months the EB2 PD (Date of filing) has moved from dec 2011 to Jun 2012 to now Jan 2013
With this movement, should we be expecting the same progression for next 3-4 months? If yes then my wife’s PD (may 2014) may get current & in a month or two my PD (Dec 2014) may get current as well.
The obvious logic says that my wife files her 485 as primary & i would be a dependent on it. However if the movement of the PD (date of filing) coincides with her H1b renewal/extension & if there are any issues with the H1b… what happens to our 485 applications? Do i still have a chance to apply for another 485 as primary when my PD Becomes current & i can add her as dependent

Just got a new update!! My bio appointment has been scheduled!!
- Any usefully tips anyone can share? what to bring to my appointment, etc. (Do I need to bring both case Receipt and Appointment notice?)
- I realized that I can view/download my Bio appointment notice on USCIS website. Can I just print it out and bring that with me IF the notice doesn’t get here on time?

Hey everyone!
Our case is already at the consulate in Rio, but we haven't received the packet of instructions yet.
Since it was marked as "Ready for interview" in the CEAC tracker, I have already scheduled the interview.
However, it seems like the consulate here usually takes quite a while to mail the packet. Here's my question:
Is there anything in the packet that I absolutely must bring with me to the interview? Or does it just contain instructions on how to proceed?
