Case Processing
Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS I-130
Hi everyone, My attorney said if you don't pay tax and rights and have used government benefits, it will affect your process! He believes it is a reason that all cases processing are diffrent.
I am not sure if he is correct or not! But guys, what do you think? please all of you answer here if you have a long process or standard time? And if you have a long process do you use benefits such as food stamps? ? did you pay your tax every year? Thank you all,
I hope all of us get good news soon. #I-130
Medical Exam - Miami
Hi guys! just wanted to let you know that yesterday I did my immigration medical exam and I used a platform to find USCIS approved civil surgeons called EasyIME. It is very useful, you can compare the fees of every physician and what includes. I made the appointment online and they called the civil surgeon that I chose to confirm the appointment. They made the process easier for me. I just paid 140 dollars for Physical + Lab Work Extra.
PD: I paid little money because I had my vaccination record, but I saw on the platform most civil surgeons charging from 300 to 500 when includes vaccination.
I 130 actively reviewing
I submitted a petition for my spouse in Nigeria March 6 and I got notification of receipt. Initially it was in Potomac then it was transferred to Vermont. August 13 I got a message saying application is actively reviewing. It’s already 7months & I don’t know how long it will take more .
Secondly, if I got approval for the 1-130 what next ? how long do you think NVC will take to grant visa ? Spouse married to a US citizen

Visa retrogression by mistake.
My I-485J was approved on September 27. But since there was no movement on my case, I called USCIS and asked what is going on. The response was that my case has visa retrogression. This is not possible, because Turkey is current. I called a service request and noted this mistake and an agent is going to call me back. What else can I do? What are my options? What is going on?
