I think it’s all about the officer that is assigned to a case

I apply I-360 and 485 together in August 2019 and still i am waiting for it and no prima facia, I send 2 rfe and got 2 EAD

@ Jordan do you really need Prima facia? believe the major thing is the EAD which you got

I always got one year work card

I got my work in June 2021 for one year

I got two years advance parole..

There is no doubt that Uscis is no longer showing cause for vawa cases despite huge abuses suffered by self petitioners. not deciding people's cases on time runs contrary to justice, equity and good conscience.

hello everyone I want to share my experience to help you. I just went to India after 19 years on the AP card. I went feb 14 and returned march 7. at the airport they didn’t ask me anything. they instead took me to a second officer and all he asked was where I went. besides that all he said was welcome back. nothing was scary for me, don’t be afraid.
