Travel
Hey there, I'm here with a question and hope I can get responses that will help me figure out what to do.
I am currently the holder of a B1/B2 visa which I've used to travel to the US before and after my spouse started the immigration process. I am currently at the NVC stage waiting on a date to be set. I've read online articles and seen videos where it was advised not to travel with a pending petition but I'm wondering with the pandemic ongoing would the officer be sympathetic to allow me in or like it is suggested, I can be sent back to my home country?
If anyone has travelled and had to disclose such information, I would appreciate your input.
TIA

If you unluckily meet an ass hole CBP office, he will cancel your visa and send you back home. if you are lucky, the will let you through

don’t take the chance of traveling especially when you already came this far into the process just wait until everything is done
