AOS case status
so My AOS case status was stuck at “RFE resonse was reveived for 4 months. Today it got changed to “interview was scheduled”. is this normal to change from that to that without going through “ready to be scheduled for an interview”? I have seen everyone go through the “ready to be scheduled for an interview “ status first

you should be glad you went straight to interview scheduled. you could be stuck at ready to be scheduled for months. you can ask Emma, request a live agent and ask for the date, it’s usually 5 weeks from now.

sent the RFE response 8 months ago. they updated it after 4 months!! not lucky at all. was stressing my ass off all that time

i came on a K1 visa. my visa took 2 years to be approved. lol so dont ever think i was lucky

i had the same thing.
you will be interview date will be in next 28-35 days. you should get a notice in 7-8 days. After 3-4 days you can ask live agent on chat about what is your interview date and time.
