@Soma my father in law passed away even before I got my receipt for I-485 I called USCIs and they helped me to get fingerprints and then arranged our interview for Emergency Advance Payroll in this week.

yes, I got RFE on maintenace of status

yes I provided the evidence during interview. call uscis and say infopass until you reach the officer

I had rfe for birth certificate and I think that delayed my 131 but who knows

not they are issuing one time document and then I will have to wait for 131 approval. but good thing is they have my fingerprints and pic

I’m waiting for the document to come however it will not abandon my existing application

as soon as I get the document hopefully by Tuesday I will consult my attorney

that's good. My lawyer keeps telling me to wait since it's normal processing but it has been more than 7 months now so dont know what the heck is taking so long. I did provide my birth certificate but it was in english and notarized but they ended up asking for original one in native language which I dont know what the point is since they cant even read it lol

wait you've been waiting since 2019 for 131/765? mine was filed through lawyer with PD june 17 2021 for all 131 765 485 130, bio in aug 10
