Previously my i130 case was in California service center after upgrading the case from permanent resident to US Citizen now upgraded details was mailed from Texas service..Texas service said that the file is here but We donāt know from which service center you case will be processed..Anyone knows what does it mean?From now which service center will see my case?? Does anyone have similar events??

they tend to shuffle cases around between service centers a lot. we started at Potomac but it moved it Nebraska without our knowing. and then our petition was approved. it sounds like Texas SC will handle it

better contact Uscis through Emma or call. they will at least tell you service center
