I submitted the request evidence on 11/03/2021 I got a message from the uscis evidence received on 11/30/2021 how long does it take for them to make a decision on my case and is the I-765 affected by this rfe

sometimes i ask myself why it takes them almost a whole month to process what they requested smh

within 90days. You’ll get response any time from next week. Depending on your case though.

it’s been 2 months for me and I asked an agent to issue a service request which takes 30 days to get a response. probably won’t do anything but won’t hurt either.

after he submitted his rfe and got a receipt, USCIS will make decision with 90days of submitting the rfe.
