probably Texas is overwhelmed with case files and to make things move along a bit faster they shared up the workload with another service center. Not every time something happens with our case or anyone else's case, it means its something bad, its counterproductive being a pessimist while waiting to be approved, be optimistic, your approval will come shortly. We really don't know why the case was transferred and we won't know, we are not privileged that info. If Texas had kept your case and slowed it down by an additional 7 months, you would be the first to say, why didn't they transfer it to another service center. So either way the result will it be satisfying until you are approved, just hang in there.

can we get more details on your timelines. mine was moved from nbc to src in Feb 2021.

it’s not that I’m being a pessimist but base on the timeline that they provided Texas is 10.5 to 13.5 months as compare to California which is 28.5 to 37 months. Those intervals are not even close to each other.

@ Vee Momodu - yes I talk with a live agent today because I was curious. I’ve seen some people in here saying that they get transfer without any notice.

I got transfered from. Potomac to Nebraska. Not sure when but that is where my i130 approval came from
