Ok , it because I took picture from my phone . The documents are good it is the evidence was cut off but you can see all the information

I sent in physical copy of my marriage certificate amongst other stuff that’s required in my application. a few months down the line, they sent an RFE, asking for the same marriage certificate. it was annoying because when I checked my USCIS account, I saw they uploaded a cut image of my marriage certificate that I physically mailed to them. so they do what they want. they are the “king”…not answerable to anybody. smh
