VAWA
1. Do I have to file a new I-485 when filing vawa? I was married to a USC.
2. Also will my ead/ap become invalid if it was filed under the c09 category? I really don’t want to lose my job.
3. please can someone add me to the vawa WhatsApp group?
4. I have the following documents do I need any other thing?
- doctors report
- psychologist report
- proof of living together like previous leases, bank statements for past years, pictures, insurance etc
- 3 affidavit from family n friend
- my personal affidavit
-picture of bruises

MW with the documents you have now, you have about 75% chance of approval. if you had a police report it’s 100% chance.

if you had a priority date from your i485 then you would not need to file a new one

@tsar @tee mentioned it's 100% with report but he or. she did mention it's 75% without the report like you mentioned not all ppl get report for sure but when someone do have that it makes the officr think it's legit victim nothing to really dig into it since the criminal court already verify about the entire process of being abused

@beautiful thing yes my lawyer said so too but calling the cops on someone u love isn’t as easy as that.
But 75% tho is not a very good percentage when it comes to this and I am wondering if there is any other document that can raise the chances.

@m w of course that was just given factor. you don't need to call cops on him if you can't or afraid to do so. but if it's something serious you have to I called cops after a while not at the moment he left me no choice. you can built up with great psychological report. if you want leave your number I will add you in my group.
