why
as I just found out our case got switched from one office to another. at first, my case for inquiry date was within the timeframe. then, it wasn’t. why.. why do they switch offices? if it’s already at one office & can be processed, why send it to another office that’s more backed up & the time frame gets stretched out? yes, my emotions are talking right now as I’m sure everyone here can understand when it comes to their loved one.. but dang man… really?? blah

N-400 interview/also pending I-751
Hi ...all .. I got my N-400 interview Feb. 11th also my I-751 pending. Inside the notice they only mention to bring my passport/green card and other information and bring my Marriage certificate and my spouse Birth certificate who born here. They did not mention mention to bring my spouse so if he don't go with me ,it gonna be ok? and do i have to bring our marriage and spouse birth original certificate or print copy, i already sent during my application.. is there any evidence i have to bring with me and any piece of advise? #N-400 #natrulaization
i-824 taking ages
Hi folks,
Is there anyone else on the same boat? USCIS lost my i-797 while sending it to me. I had to file i-824 to get a duplicate copy and the wait time for that is 10-21 months apparently. It has been 13 months since I filed form i-824.
Just want to connect to folks who have either gotten their i-824 on time (to get q duplicate copy of already approved form) or are on the same boat as me.
i601 inside of the US with i485 pending
Hi guys! Please share your timeline and recent updates on i601 with pending i485. I sent my i601 in July 2021, so it has been 6 month and still nothing. My case is in National Benefit Center and our local office is Palm Beach FL. My lawyer told me that usually local offices handle these cases. Is anybody in a similar situation?

Can I add my new baby’s birth certificate to my i130 case on the UScis page.
My case was filed on 5th September, 2021 when my wife was seven (7) months pregnant in USA. she got pregnant and went back to the states. we provided some good evidence of support. last December she delivered, can we add the baby’s birth certificate to the evidence list while they have not requested for anything else? Should we still upload her certificate at the USCIS page and will it give us more points? Please assist me.
I-864 RFIE!!
Hello all!
I received an RFIE for my I-864 form Affidavit of Support for my I-485 marriage based green card application. I am the USC sponsor and made over 125% of the poverty guidelines for 2021, but not in 2020 tax return. I submitted paystubs, employer letter showing 1 full year of employment and currently hired, and my YTD summary. My RFE came today and said they could not prove I made 125% or more than poverty guidelines. Should I redo my I-864 with my 2021 tax return and W9s attached instead this time? We filed late December so we did not have this evidence last time. thanks!

My biometrics appointment was on Dec 31st, 2021. After that appointment, my status changed for I-765 and I-485 to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS
Question: How long do you think based on your experience does it take for USCIS to approve Employment Authorization after this status and for me to get the work permit basically? #i-765 #waiting
