I have a lawyer and I’m am planing to take them to court in March. but trying senator and congress woman to see again before filling manadamus in March my lawyer was surprised we were not approved after stoke interview and we did very well with my wife

Ask your lawyer to contact ombudsman office, I had a case like yours where I was waiting for an interview for 2 years now, got a lawyer and she sent an email to ombudsman office, within less than a week I got a feedback. Good luck.

my lawyer his a funny man , he just want money for manadamus and it like 5k with payment plan and he seems want me to pay and said if they release my green card before he file for manadamus that the money is non refundable that why I want to wait till March and I can do payments plan with him. I already send email to my senator and am trying to do the rep . they told us 120 days and it 11 month now nothing . did first and stroke interview with both of me and my wife with no criminal record and my wife have a good job that even pay her more money

okay wait till march then, you can also send a message to ombudsman office .. I also paid lots of mine for just sending a message to ombudsman with my lawyer, that’s how they earn a living.

If your lawyer is not being helpful, call you the congressman and ask for help. Call your senator, representative, ombudsman, president, first minister lol. But don't let the lawyer rip you off.

yes I know even my wife was thinking of us going to field office to ask them why the delay because I need this job am trying to get but the company want only permanent resident or citizen . just so frustrating

f that lawyer, contact your congressman or senator office. they have specific dept just for delays like this. I submitted my request there yesterday when my lawyer wasn't doing shit

my PD is june 17 and still zero update other than biometrics. people in july august are getting approval.
