EAD extension based on pending I-589
Hi folks,
I have a pending asylum case. my EAD has expired last September and the auto extension is going to expire in March 2022.
My I-765 is still not being processed by Nebraska center.
Do you guys think I will get the renewal EAD card before March? I am not allowed to expedite at this point it seems.
what I can do if I don’t get it before the expiration date?

Hi all,
I am a GC holder living in US. I applied I-130, f2b for my son in oct 2019.
He is Canadian citizen (born in Iran) living in Italy.
Q1_ In visa bulletin who in applicant (me or him). I should select inside US or outside US?
Q2_ what is the next steps after PD gets current? who will receive mail (me or him)?
Q3_ when it becomes for naturalization, he should give up his Canadian Citizenship to become US citizen or Jan keep both?

hi people! has anyone overstayed 6months but less than a year had the N400 interview? please share your experience. did the officer ask reasons you had to travel with proof to show why you travelled? I know you have to show proof that you still maintained your residence. just thinking outside the box if they also want proof to see what you traveled for. please advise,Thank you.

Hi guys! please, anyone else submitted the application on February and still waiting for the EAD? I had my biometric taken on July, btw. It’s going to be 12 months next month. Any response would be very much appreciated.
