RFIE - Marriage certificate - anyone in the same situation?
Submit a copy of the marriage certificate between the K-1 applicant and the I-129F petitioner showing the date of the marriage within 90 days of the K-1’s arrival into the United States. The marriage certificate must be issued by the government agency authorized to issue the document. The marriage certificate must have the seal of the issuing office, the date of registration, and signature of the registrar. I initially submitted a certified copy of marriage certificate with my I-485. The marriage took place in Grand Rapids - Kent County, Michigan with the marriage licence issued in Hudsonville, Michigan, Ottawa County that’s where my wife resided (US citizen.
Do you think they simply lost my marriage certificate or there was another problem with it? please if you got the RFIE for your marriage certificate comment on how you approached the respond to the RFIE. Thank you so much

1-130 IOE Nebraska & Potomac
so I just noticed that my case has two different service centers, the paper work I received via mail says Nebraska, for the first one ( where it shows your payment & name & birth ) and the second paper stating how to create an account, says Potomac. anyone else in the same boat? or know of why ? is this normal?
When will my green card interview be scheduled and I'm in Seattle area..
That's a terrible long waiting period….

i-765 For Pending Asylum C08 Texas Center
Hi guys.
Does anyone have a similar case at the moment?
I applied for a EAD renewal based on a Pending asylum C08 category on May 21st 2021. On the official USCIS site it says, processing time between 4 weeks and 8 months. I'm waiting already the 9th month and still no any news. I sent 2 weeks ago a service request but no answers so far. Anyone in a similar situation here? Did anyone get approved from TX service center? This is beyond frustrating.

resources I found so far (links in comments)
I wanted to share some resources that may be helpful if your case has been pending for a long time and is now outside of the processing range (you can check if your case is within the processing range here https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/)
1) You can reach out to your congressman/congresswoman, who can send an inquiry to the USCIS about your case. They will receive an answer back. This may be the same information you already know but worth a try. You can find your congresswoman/man here: https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative
2) You may also reach out to the Ombudsman office.
https://www.dhs.gov/topic/cis-ombudsman
Typically, they deal with cases past processing time, cases with errors, cases where an individual is in removal processings, cases involving emergencies and hardship, and other reasons (please refer to the full list thru the link).
I also started a group on Telegram where we can communicate: https://t.me/+jGAv6ngoDxoxNGIx
You can also send me a message on Telegram and I’ll add you to the group: my name on there is @Kay_1992 (Bunny K is me)
