RFIE - Marriage certificate was from a different county than the wedding - adjustment of status. What now?
Hello, I came on K1 visa and a week later we got married. The problem is that we got a RFIE asking for a marriage certificate from the same county where the marriage took place, but our wedding was in Grand Rapids Kent county and our marriage licence was from Ottawa county. What to do now? Obviously we are not able to get the marriage certificate from the county that the marriage took place.

hello guys! i received the notice of action on August 8,2021 and to this day I still have not received anything. i initiated an expediate request on January 20 and but I still have not heard back. My extension will expire on March and my empleoyer is asking me for an updated card. does any one know what month are they working on and if the expediate helped to speed up the process? thanks!

My Biometrics is schedule to take place in Boston Field Office.
When I check in USCIS processing times, where should I check in Texas Service Center or Boston Field Office?
Any May 2021 I-751 Vermont filers yet to receive 24-month extensions?
Filed I-751 Removal of Conditions last week of May 2021, issued I-797 NoA 18-month extension first week of Jun 2021, with biometrics/fingerprints reused mid-June 2021 as last case update. Ticked 8 months since filing and have yet to receive an updated I-797 NoA 24-month extension. Others in company!?!
I485 AOS, Dependent approved but primary pending
My PD is 2011 EB2 and filed I485 on Nov 2020, Last week my Dependent spouse got her I485 approved and got her Permanent resident card, but my case is still in "Finger printing feed received status" we both gave finger printing on March 2021 and got our EAD and AP, Dont know what to do next ?Anyone in similar situation, Any inputs appreciated

so my father send the I130 In September of 2020 I was 19 years old and he was resident but las year in 2021 he became citizen and we submit the i485 in July i was 20 years old
and two weeks ago I became 21. and I want to know if two thing
the first one is that if I’m already turn 21 this year my priority change?
and the second one is that if my father already got the citizenship and we updated the case already. uscis is going keep giving me the priority of a resident or the priority of a citizen relative?
