expedite request trough congresswoman
I have a doubts, if I ask my congresswoman for help to expedite because I need to go home and see her because she’s sick, do I have to go to an interview to present my case or something like that? thanks 🙏🏼

you don't need an interview for that but they might ask you to submit evidence to support your claim.

they’re going to ask for evidence, and it’s not guaranteed. they can approve or deny it.

I would definitely consult with a lawyer or Google strong supporting evidence. I know there’s 5 examples the government gave.

yeah I already Google it and it supposed to be a good reason but you never know with uscis
