When do I have to take the medical exams after the approval of EB2 NIW and I765?

they will send when starting to adjudicate your I-485. when it will happen it’s the question….

@R C thank you, but what does they send me? when would I do my medical exams?

if there’s missing documents or they need additional documents, they send the RFE. it can be just for Medical or other things. I received an RFE regarding the medical and more 3 documents that they had already. they asked again for it for some reason. My I-149 was approved on May last year and RFE sent in October.

But I have to do the medical exams before USCIS send the request for it or I should wait for it? thanks

usually wait. it’s quick to do it. the medical exams has 2 years expiration date. usually it’s fine to do before the letter. but if your case takes too long for some reason, you might need to do the medical again. and spend the money again.
