i-765 For Pending Asylum C08 Texas Center
Hi guys. Does anyone have a similar case at the moment? I applied for a EAD renewal based on a Pending asylum C08 category on May 21st 2021. On the official USCIS site it says, processing time between 4 weeks and 8 months. I'm waiting already the 9th month and still no any news. I sent 2 weeks ago a service request but no answers so far. Anyone in a similar situation here? Did anyone get approved from TX service center? This is beyond frustrating. #i-765

we applied April 2021 and still waiting. it so frustrating how we have to lose our jobs because of this issues!

After 10.5 months of painful wait and 3 expedite requests I finally received the EAD today. Stay strong everybody, never give up. I've heard they started to approve these days a lot more ead cards to clear the backlog.

I suppose they are using the fingerprints I had when I filed i589 in October 2020
