N-400 Passed Interview
Hi everyone! I’ve been posting about my case progress and just want to share my timeline and ask something if anyone here knows!
I applied i-751 back in 2020 and later in 2021 Applied N-400 while 751 was pending.
Then in August 2021, they approved my I-751.
Later i got a letter from USCIS to be interviewed for citizenship. Interview date was January 13th.
Interview went well and officer was professional and very nice. Passed the civic test, writing and reading test as well and officer basically told me that everything looked good but couldn’t make a decision due to some system issue. (He said they should’ve updated the i-751 approval in their system)
So it would take some time and i should receive a letter in the mail. So far nothing. Was anyone in similar situation?

c08 i765 Potomac any updates?
My receipt date is Feb 3rd, and I believe on Jan 4th the website updated the processing time to 10.5 to 11.5 months, and the inquiry date to Jan 28th. So mine is outside the processing time range but still no updates at all. So want to check to see if anyone from late Jan is getting any updates?
I’m really desperate because I lost my job in Oct 2021 and now cannot afford my rent, my insurance, my food. I tried to expedite but all got denied. Now I’m depressed and cannot even sleep.
Question.
I see a lot of people posting about being approved but filed in 2020. Mine is August 27, 2021. 485, 765, and the travel document. All 2021 filers, what are you looking like? My current work permit is on the 180 extension and the extension ends at the end of February. Just annoyed this is taking so long.
Any SRC Approve recently? my RD is May 2021
My PD August 2020. and RD May 2021 but still waiting no EAD approve yet

processing times
I filed my AOS concurrently. I filed my i-130 online first in August 21 and the rest in October 21 . my question is this, if it's considered concurrent filing do they process the whole application at once or will they process the i-130 first? the i-130 is at the Texas service centre and the other at NBC .
any hope or I just leave the country ! I’ve been out of work since Dec 2020
have been out of work since dec 2020 , any hope for me?
they received my rfe on Décembre 2021 .. i don’t know what to expect … if someone can help

EAD through marriage - NBC
hey all I am really worried. I have a job offer with a start date for March 14, 2022 and I am waiting for my EAD to be approved. I have a priority date of July 30, 2021. My processing center is NBC and my field office is Chicago.
I am seeing some other peoples processing time and seeing that they have been waiting since 2020 for their EAD to be approved and I am getting very scared. Do you think I can get the EAD by March?
AC21 or EAD
I'm a bit confused about the rules concerning the AC21 porting. Situation: E2 visa holder, i140/485 pending for more than 180 days , EAD pending too. My lawyer says that in the event I need to change company (my company can be acquired by an other one, or just job switching) I can use the AC21 instead of the EAD. it does not seem to be a problem for them that the E2 visa won't be relevant anymore as long as it was active at the moment I use the portability. does that makes sense?

hello folks , I did my interview last week which the officer was super nice and he told me he will approve it so I shouldn’t worry . but I should make sure I don’t leave the country until I get my GC . he gave me his number to send him a snapshot of my GC for him to make sure his work is complete.
He ask me just one question( where I met my wife) and he then switch the conversation to omicron virus and how the world has change . He told me there is a lot going with USCIS which he don’t like . but he can’t do anything. he was sooo nice to me .
when can I expect a status change online ? Is been one week after the interview

i140 application while waiting for i130 decision

I am married to US citizen and had our interview before 7 months and its under review. but still I have my H1 which expires the 6th year in few months, so my employer applied for PERM and it got approved. now they wanted to apply for i140. will this create issue with marriage based i130/i485? or both can parallely go? also should I refer my Alien number in i140 petition? so confused…
