I filed my AOS concurrently. I filed my i-130 online first in August 21 and the rest in October 21 . my question is this, if it's considered concurrent filing do they process the whole application at once or will they process the i-130 first? the i-130 is at the Texas service centre and the other at NBC .

To be considered concurrently filed, the immigrant visa petition and the adjustment of status application (Form I-485) are filed at the same time and mailed together with all the required filing fees and supporting documentation to the same filing location

@ITchy Ass that's not true , mine is concurrent filing even thought the i-130 is online and the rest filed by mail . my online account has it as concurrent filing

what ITchy mentioned is the definition on the USCIS site. however, I have read online that you could still file concurrently as you did it. In any case, good luck!
