I-751 Removal of Conditions from Green Card.
Hi,
I filed my i-751 waiver case (Divorced) in February 2019. Case filed in National Service Center Missouri. I got Biometric & Extension letter for 18 Months in March 2019. Then I check my case status then it showing as of May 20 2019 your case is ready to schedule an Interview. But I didn't get any notice or updation so far. I got 2 times Infopass in 2020& 2021 (stamping on passport). Can anyone help me to know where could be my case is? Local field office or NBC? How long I need to wait for interview? Already 36 months gone.

so today I had my interview for adjustment of status i485 everything was going great until I was asked to produce my medical exam record well I didn’t have it, well I didn’t get any close appointments to get it done on time but I will be sending that shortly to them, aside from that everything was great I was told i was going to be approved for 10CG but just after they get my medical exams. My mind is at rest a little for the passed years and I am praying for everyone going through this patient is power. I have been dealing with this for 3 years I will say it’s emotionally draining and no therapy for this kind of issues 😅🤣. stay bless y’all 🙏🙏🙏
RFE...endless wait
I am getting very impatient waiting for response on RFE for my son .we applied for EB5 in 2018.Got our 1526 approval in June 2020.Did biometrics in Aug 2020 for adjustment of status .Me and my wife got 765 and I 131 approval in October 2021 until we hear for 485 but uscis sent RFE requesti no birth certificate for my Son which was already sent before.Now its been 90 days since they got another birth certificate but haven't heard from them.contacted them and this is what they said officer assigned to you case has bern working on your case which I think is a complete lie on your face.USCIS sucks and the most worse thing is you cannot do anything except waiting .
Just Moved to Patomic Service Center
Got an email that my case was moved to Potomac. This is the 3rd time my case has been shuffled to another center.
Anyone have any background on The Potomac center?
It appears it’s the slowest center. I was already hanging by a thread but now I’m feeling much worse. Any insight would be appreciated.
