awa case denied in 2019 initial filling. refilled again with awa exprirnced lawyer january 2022, husband did fingerprint nd more evidences request in March 2023. online case update actively review. my i465 actively reviewd too. but no EAD yet. i will be apptoved this year january 2024. amen

we responded to NOID in May 2023 but didn’t hear anything from USCIS yet
anybody knows how long to take them to make decision after they got all papers that they asked from us?

AOS we filed on march 2022 and the i130 we filed april 2023. we just recieved the denial of i130.

my husband has an offense from 2003 that we need the AWA waiver. We hired an attorney but, we still got denied on our first attempt and we still keep fighting.

been there, to be able to keep working just refile because if you wait for the approval it never happen some cases takes more than 8yrs so what we did we refile and i got my new ead so i keep working while waiting for the decision.

@edz edz did you refile with a lawyer. I know you said ASL also let go of your case load after first attempt. You got an EAD is that right? Did you get it your first go around? I heard they don't process them with AWA cases.

@Devi Sam we refiled without lawyer because ASL abandoned us after we denied in first application. We have no time to find a lawyer. we refiled last November 2024. and i just got my EAD.

@edz edz your Awa case must not be bad. We couldn't get an EAD for nothing. I wonder why they refuse to approve it.
