i485 pending longtime so much worried
my Vawa approved oct 2020.
filled I485 oct 2019 still pending it’s been 27 months now I m so stress it didn’t move at all since I filled my i485 .can anyone help me what do I do

we are in same basket.. filed VAWA i 360 and i485 together since January 2019... i360 vawa got approved january 2021.. i485 still pending.. as we received your case at vermont center.. i thought vermont suppose to tranfer my i485 to NBC. nothing yet... almost 3 years

vermont service center is not qualified to adjudicate i485 based on vawa.. thats why they have to send the case to NBC. and NBC will send it to our local office for interview ...but i dont know why they have kept the i485 for years

I am awaiting same @augustin boumi, my case was transferred to NBC in Oct 2021, did fingerprint again Dec 2021 and is still waiting for the next step.

My VAWA got approved oct 2019, filed for ir March 2018 along with the i485, still waiting, good luck everyone 🙏🏼
