why
as I just found out our case got switched from one office to another. at first, my case for inquiry date was within the timeframe. then, it wasn’t. why.. why do they switch offices? if it’s already at one office & can be processed, why send it to another office that’s more backed up & the time frame gets stretched out? yes, my emotions are talking right now as I’m sure everyone here can understand when it comes to their loved one.. but dang man… really?? blah

@katie k - I went on the USCIS website, logged into my account & went to their thing called ‘ask Emma’ and asked to be connected to a live agent. my case was originally at the Nebraska office then got transferred to Texas office… blah

Normally transfers are not good news. But if ur case is transferred to Texas or NBC, that u are in luck otherwise it will delay the case

I meant if ur case is transferred to NSC or NBC, u ate in luck. NBC process cases extremely quicker

@paritosh koirala ohhh, okay.. it initially was there, yes. now it’s at Texas and it says it’s being actively reviewed ..
