Waiting Time - I-765 Application for Employment Authorization
I Applied for adjustment after coming to the US on a K1 fiance visa.
State: Maine
Case Filed: October 2021
My biometrics appointment was on Dec 31st, 2021. After that appointment, my status changed for I-765 and I-485 to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS
Question: How long do you think based on your experience does it take for USCIS to approve Employment Authorization after this status and for me to get the work permit basically? #i-765 #waiting

Same as brother for me my status still “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS”.
