The I485 was filed close to 3months after we submitted the I 360 (when we got the notice).

Do you know if I can file an I485 with a 7 months pending I360. However, the I360 is not VAWA; it's for religious worker

you had your biometric fingerprint appointment if I’m not wrong. i would say wait time period between 6-12months, also it case you case varies.

@Fluffy Gates I360 approved 09/21 and I am still awaiting the combo card. I got the approval letter from the lawyer 1 week after they approved the I360.

@ L Watto, when your VAWA got approved, after how long did they update on your I-485? I didn’t file concurrently like you did, I sent my I-485 3 months later after I filed I-360.

@ Fluffy Gates- VAWA approved Sept 21 and got Combo Card Mar 22. I filed I360 in Jun 2019 and I485 in Sept 2019.

L Watto, after your Vawa Approval, did they sent you a letter that your I-485 is now being transferred to NVC? if do, how long after the I-360 approval did they transfer it? It has been 3 months my vawa approved and no update on my 485
