question
Hi everyone, I applied for my N600 for my citizenship certificate months ago and a month ago I saw in the status that said we scheduled your interview for your citizenship certificate but it doesn’t show any date or time and i didn’t receive any notice in the mail, i did send them a message about it but they didn’t respond. Did this happened to anyone and what should I do?
no update no application - interview passed
hey guys, i want to ask if someone is in similar situation.
i didn't get an update on this application Lawfully and not in uscis tracker as well about my upcoming interview.
I did my interview 2 days ago and still no update on both applications .. and before I always got updated for everything even before my lawyer got notified. I wonder why is that and if somebody else is in the same situation
I485 status changed today to case shows the fingerprinting were taken . (vawa Aug 2021)
what does this mean? cause I had the same status show When my fingerprinting was done in October 2021. (vawa Aug 2021).
does this status appear after the medical ref is sent ? I had submitted my medical along with my baba application in the beginning and haven’t received any ref yet?
what should I expect next and
How long is the wait from this point?

Finally got Approved 🎊🎊
Hey guys after 815 days of anxiety, stress and depression, I finally got approved for my green card. Got the approval notice in documents tab today. They approved me for 10 years green card. Had to go through 2 RFE in the process. One for I-864 and second for resubmission of medical because it was more than 2 years. Good luck to you all. I hope everyone here gets there approval soon. Thank you for all your support and suggestions.

Subject: RFE on Pending I-485 in EB-3 While Requesting Interfiling to EB-2 NIW Self-Petition
#
Hello everyone,
I need some advice regarding my situation, as I'm feeling quite stressed.
Here's a breakdown of my case:
I have a pending I-485 in the EB-3 category, but my priority date is not current in EB-3.
Last year (July), my EB-2 NIW (self-petition) was approved, and my priority date is now current in EB-2.
My attorney submitted an interfiling request to transfer my pending I-485 from EB-3 to EB-2 in September.
Since then, I’ve been waiting for approval, as my EB-2 priority date is current.
I contacted a Tier 2 officer last week to ask whether my case is still in EB-3 or if it has been transferred to EB-2. After two days, I received a response saying my case is still pending with no visa available, and it seems to still be in EB-3.
Today, I received an RFE asking for an I-485J form for EB-3. The problem is that I left my EB-3 job after my EB-2 NIW approval, so I no longer have a job in the EB-3 category.
How should I respond to this RFE given my situation?
Should I respond solely with the EB-3 I-485J form?
Or should I submit the interfiling request again, or mention it in the RFE response?
I would appreciate any advice or insights from those who have been through a similar process. Thank you in advance!
