Hi everyone. Has anyone here requested an expedite for I-360 or I-485 due to a parent’s Stage IV cancer or another life-threatening illness? Did anyone get denied even with strong medical evidence?
Hi everyone. Has anyone here requested an expedite for I-360 or I-485 due to a parent’s Stage IV cancer or another life-threatening illness? Did anyone get denied even with strong medical evidence? I’m trying to understand how often USCIS denies these types of humanitarian expedite requests

they would most likely give you AP if you have AP they will most likely reject

@Teko tiiks they will not expedite vawa for that 😔 you can expedite AP if you don't have one yet
