Hola a todos! Acabo de recibir la aprobación de mi I-360. Mi fecha de prioridad (Priority Date) es de mayo de 2025. ¿Alguien sabe si ya puedo enviar mis solicitudes para el Ajuste de Estatus (I-485) y el Permiso de Viaje (I-131)?
Hi everyone, I just received my I-360 approval! My priority date is May 2025. I was wondering if I can file my I-485 (Adjustment of Status) and I-131 (Travel Document) right away, or do I need to wait for the visa bulletin dates to move forward? Also, for those who filed recently, how long did it take for your travel document (Advance Parole) to be approved? Thank you in advance for your help!"

you can not travel until u can apply for ur 485. then, u can submit aparol.

@yunus Bilgn you can’t apply to anything rn, you have to wait until your pd become current, unfortunately will take some years for the backlog.

so no travel document because my attorney call me and then he say come to apply green card and travel document. I think he tried to get my money.

amigo, si tu abogado te dijo eso con una fecha de prioridad de mayo del 2025 y te dijo que fueras aplicar a eso definitivamente esa persona es un estafador.

my pd is may1-2023 and got my travel documents as well so I think you can apply your travel documents
