From 19 months to 13, how accurate this is?
I logged in to my uscis account and I see that I-130 & I-485 both have changed from 19 to 13 months for an estimated case decision this change is from January to March. How accurate is this estimate? Also biometrics was done early January and I-765 has been approved as well.
We are also still waiting on I-131 with no progress but just “Case Was Received” without any chnage in 2 months. Should we call to ask for an update?

FINALLY!
Visa appointment is next month, finally my Husband is coming home! Filed in August of 2022. Don’t give up! This long distance is not for the weak. I had health issues and then we both had some financial setbacks so we haven’t been able to see each other since 10/23…. it has been hard. There were tears, sleepless nights, depression and missing each other like crazy…. but we have that bond that so unexplainable and unconditional.
We even started making plans/lists of places/countries we could move to so we can be together. It seemed like this day would never come. We are so close and now we just can’t wait to finally begin our lives as husband and wife. My advice to everyone: Keep praying and keep your love and God at the center of your relationship. If you’re around people who are negative/naysayers and your relationship is healthy with only distance creating a challenge, cut those people off.
Don’t share the news of your appointment with anyone until it’s over and done with (I posted here but 99% of my family/friends know nothing, no IG/Facebook posts etc). The evil eye is a real thing and believe it or not there are people rooting for you to fail. Stay positive and make sure you fill your time by continuing to work on yourself and enjoy your hobbies. Make your mental and physical health a top priority and communication with your spouse is sooooo important. We are overjoyed! Best of luck everyone 💕. #Grateful 🫶🏾

And no advancement. I knew it will take time, but this much? 😔 It's difficult to remain positive for so long #california #f2a

I551 process and Biometric appointment twice ?
Hi All,
I had first entry on last Dec after our EB5 gc approved and my husband is the main applicants . all of my family member in this case has been issued green card . expect I had my biometric notice on Jan and I took it on Feb. It was normal and smooth process. They only asked me to take photo and signature at ASC and even clearify to me that they don’t need my fingerprints according to the I797 C notice and the case status change as soon as I finish .
I thought that was all until one week ago I recorded another biometric appointment and it seems that it still for the same Code 2 biometric.I understand it could be mistakes while you took fingerprints. but what could be error if they only take photo and ask for another biometric ?
there is really one thing from my side to consider is the hair and eye color identification. I put Black color for hair selection as my natural and biometric color while I was dying brown hair at that time and what showed in the photo. That’s really the only thing I can think of .Any experience for twice biometric notice ?
And what color should I put for I797 ? they didn’t even take the letter , they only stamped and return to me.
thanks
